If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction

• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current

5. Billing, Renewals, and Cancellations

If you subscribe to a paid plan:

• Billing: You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan as described at the time of purchase
• Payment: Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. You are responsible for providing valid payment information
• Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• Refunds: Refund policies are as stated at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify refund policies with reasonable notice
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
• Failed Payments: If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access until payment is successfully processed

• Our Rights: We own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights
• Your License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms
• Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission
• User Content: You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted service, but we cannot guarantee:

• That the Service will be available at all times or in all locations
• That defects or errors will be corrected immediately
• That the Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate access to the Service:

• By You: You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and deleting your account through your account settings
• By Us: We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and data, subject to our data retention policies and legal obligations
